the meal plan for the week ahead is

MONDAY                   slow cooked beef ragu
TUESDAY                    meatballs with rice and beans
WEDNESDAY             slow cooked chicken and chorizo gumbo
THURSDAY                 steak and vegies
FRIDAY                        tuna bake
SATURDAY                 curry something
SUNDAY                      roast lamb

extras  chocolate coconut slice
